Shipping & Availability of Items
As soon as I receive your order I start the process of making the items. Completing all of the different stages involved in making the ceramic items usually takes 2 - 4 weeks until I can ship your order.
If I happen to have your order in stock I will ship it through the U.S. Post Office within 3 working days. When I purchase the shipping label you will will receive an email with the tracking information.
I have a large selection of glazes, so if you are looking for a glaze color that you do not see, then contact me.
Creating a custom design is a very labor intensive endeavor so I generally do not create a whole new switch plate design
upon request, but I do take into consideration people’s suggestions for future designs.
Do not over tighten screws.
Please use a hand screw driver and not a motorized screw gun to tighten the screws. Tighten the screws just enough to hold the plate in place.

The light switch covers and outlet plates are recessed on the back to fit properly. If your plate does not fit then I will replace it with one that does.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase let me know within 14 days. If I can not exchange your purchase for something that will please you, then I will refund your money minus the cost of the shipping. If the item arrives broken, I will replace it with another one, or issue to you a full refund.

Part of the fun and beauty of working with glazes is there is variability in the firing process. When they are fired to 2000 degrees glazes become liquid and flow over the designs. Slight temperature variations and thickness of application will cause different results, so please be aware that I can not reproduce a piece exactly as you see it in the photo on the website.
