Shipping & Availability of Items
I am a one woman shop, all of my ceramic art is custom made, and the ceramic process
is slow so it generally takes me about 4-5 weeks until I can make and ship your order.
I work on purchases in the order that I receive them.

Refunds
If the item arrives broken I will replace it with another one or issue to you a full refund.
Please send a photo of the broken plate so I can see how it broke which is useful information
and confirms the plates defect. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase
let me know within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If I can not exchange your purchase for something that will please you, then I will refund your money. 

Custom Colors
I have lots of glazes and I love using them. You can send to me photos and samples for me to match.

Trimming a plate- I can trim the switch plate to be smaller on any or all sides for an extra $10 fee.

New design or new type of plate -for a $200 fee. After the initial fee of $200 each plate that is ordered will be the normal price that I charge for that type of plate. Creating a new plate is a time consuming and involved process.

Do not over tighten screws.
Tighten the screws just enough to hold the plate in place- not more than that.
Please use a hand held screw driver and not a motorized screw gun to tighten the screws. 

Guaranteed to Fit
The light switch covers and outlet plates are recessed on the back to fit properly. If your plate does not fit then I will replace it with one that does. 

Glaze Unpredictability
Part of the fun and beauty of working with glazes is there is variability in the firing process. When they are fired to 2000 degrees glazes become liquid and flow over the designs. Slight temperature variations and thickness of application will cause different results, so please be aware that I can not reproduce a piece exactly as you see it in the photo on the website.
